My grandfather's family opened a photography studio after immigrating from Italy in the 1920s. Throughout the generations, this love for the arts and photography has been engrained in my family. Now, I love to live out my grandfather's memory by shooting with one of his old Nikon's. There is something so special about film. An unspoken skill set and special eye. Waiting for the right moment, seeing compositions and frames everywhere you turn. And the wait for your film to be developed is similar to the feeling I used to get as a kid on Christmas Eve.
